This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.recruitandretainagents.com (the “Site”) or use any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our [Terms of Use].

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide directly, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third parties or integrations.

Below are the categories we collect, with examples:

  • Identifiers – name, postal address, email, phone number, IP address, account credentials.
  • Professional / Employment Information – brokerage affiliation, license number, team size, recruiting goals.
  • Commercial Information – subscription tier, transaction and billing history.
  • Internet or Device Activity – pages visited, links clicked, browser type, referring URL, cookies, device identifiers.
  • Geolocation (coarse) – city and state inferred from your IP address.
  • Inferences – recruiting performance metrics or churn-likelihood scores derived from other data.
  • Sensitive personal datanot collected (we do not request SSNs, driver’s-license numbers, or precise geolocation).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

  1. Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
  2. Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
  3. Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  4. Send administrative or marketing communications (you may opt out at any time);
  5. Conduct research and product development, including machine-learning analytics;
  6. Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or security incidents;
  7. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our analytics/advertising partners (e.g., Google Analytics) use cookies, pixels, and local storage to recognize your browser, improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may not function.

We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration. We may share data with:

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 Texas Residents (TDPSA)

If you reside in Texas, you have the right to:

  • Know whether we process your personal data;
  • Access and obtain a copy of the data;
  • Correct inaccuracies;
  • Delete personal data we hold about you;
  • Opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) sale of personal data, or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
  • Appeal a decision we make regarding your request.

7.2 California Residents (CPRA)

California consumers may additionally:

  • Request category- or item-specific disclosures of personal information collected, used, and disclosed;
  • Opt out of “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information if we ever collect it (currently we do not);
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right.

Authorized agents may act on your behalf by following the verification steps we provide.

7.3 Marketing Preferences

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the “unsubscribe” link or by contacting us. Transactional or account notices will still be sent.

7.4 Do-Not-Track & Global Privacy Control

Our Site currently does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals but will honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals for opt-out requests where required by law.

8. International Users

RRA is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the U.S. (where privacy laws may be less stringent than those in your jurisdiction).

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and, if required, notify you via email or prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance.
